PoTactics Alternate Flag
The Tactics flag quest is an alternative to killing the Behemoth with a raid in the Plane of Innovation.
Doing this quest once will flag everyone in the group at the time to access the plane, however, the flag is NOT the same as the Behemoth flag, serving only to access the plane - you still need the Behemoth flag to further progress.
The quest involves killing diakus in the Plane of Storms, they are near the desert area and are spawnable by killing all the trash mobs except cacti. There are four medallion pieces: each different but identical, unless identified. Though they are lore so you can never loot the same piece twice.
This can take some camping, but when you eventually get all four pieces hand them in to "Wembly" in the Plane of Storms. You need indif or higher faction or the items will be swallowed, but faction is easy enough to raise in BoT or PoS killing giants. Test faction first by hailing. Once the handin is done, your entire group will be flagged to access the Plane of Tactics.
