Farming Plat and Massive Tribute Points in Velks
One thing that strikes you looking through a list of tribute point values for items, is that some items are above rediculously more valuable items.
One item in particular I noticed was the Kobald Jesters Crown gives more than Boots of Flowing Slime. It gives you over 18,000 points, even with the most expensive tribute buffs on this will do you for 18 hours+
The camp is Upper Kobald (or LK if you must) in Velks. When you get there, set up with either an air or earth pet and kill all the kobalds. Save the droppable loot, its very good plat! Some of it even sells higher to players looking to do faction work.
Whenever a named spawns: kill it! You will either get good prices, or good tribute points - like the Kobald Jester's Crown which drops off Rowwek Icepaw - bingo! Within an hour you should have a couple thousand pp in vendor loot, and 18k in tribute points.
